I just double checked my husband's side since he doesn't have an elfa, I had given him my extra shelves to use in his. That would be the easiest. Or using a decorative fabric on the exterior of the drawer {maybe with adhesive and a protective coating?}. You may be able to find something similar and less expensive at IKEA. We have the Ikea PAX system and I wanted to let you know that another option for you is to buy a double hanging rod, available at IKEA in the wardrobe/armoire section. I have one and what is great about it is that it is only half a double rod, meaning I can have my dresses hanging long on one side and the two shorter sections on the other side.
