23 Reader Spaces: September Link Party Awesomeness!

Awesome.  That is what you all are.  Month after month you WOW me with your link party submissions.  I spend hours and hours drooling over the projects, big and small, that you superstars are taking on.

That's right, you really brought your A game.  You can check out almost 300 organizing link-ups here.  Wait, what?  285 link-ups!?  You guys are organizing rockstars!

Let's take a closer look at some of the inspiration.

It is that time of the year again!  You all shared a lot of great back to school tips last month.

{via}

Anna did a great round up of back to school tips and tricks.  She also shared these darling DIY clothing tag dividers, which ensure that mornings before school run smoothly.

{via}

Erin always has wonderful tips for organizing with kids, so you can imagine the back-flips I was doing when she shared all of her back to school ways.  Calendars, lunches and clothing plans... oh my!

{via}

Homework caddies win every single time.  They allow homework to be completed anytime, anywhere, giving kiddos a stocked selection of supplies for their studies.  Amanda transformed an inexpensive shower caddy into a portable and handy homework helper.

{via}

If a shower caddy isn't large enough for all of your supplies, especially if you have a budding Picasso on your hands, how about a portable craft cart?  I am loving this one put together by Rachel!

{via}

Although not geared towards back-to-school, this next one is still all about the kids.  My very talented friend, Jackie, built these roll out storage bins for her playroom!  Watch out Serena & Lily!  These DIY bins are sure to start showing up in homes far and wide.  Brilliant.

{via}

Ursula created a show stopping magnetic/pushpin board for her daughter.  I adore that her girl has a place to display her art, photos and memorabilia within her room.  So very pretty!  Oh, and let's also drool at that dresser for a moment....

{via}

Speaking of dressers...  Aren't they one of the most incredibly versatile pieces of storage furniture?  Check out this beautiful blue dresser makeover completed by the fabulous Emily.  The blue is gorgeous and the gold pulls are simply striking!

{via}

Gold makes everything better doesn't it?  I know I have personally hopped onto the gold train, and I don't plan on getting off of it anytime soon!  However, never in a million years would I have thought about spraying a standard closet system gold.  Amy did just that, and I am blown away at how chic something so typical has become.

{via}

Do organized closets make you sing a happy tune?  If so, you are sure to go all Lady Gaga over Megan's linen closet project.  Those luggage tag labels are so fresh and fun!

{via}

You won't want to miss the before and after photos of Blair's bathroom takeover.  After completely emptying the space and starting from scratch, her counters, cabinets and labels are oh-so-pretty!

{via}

Let's head to the hub of the home, the kitchen.  SO many lovely and smartly executed ideas this past month!

{via}

Wendy made her spices smile.  Did you know you could do that?  Wouldn't you smile if you were placed within pretty jars and topped with a lovely label?  OK, maybe that is just me.

There are endless ways to pick apart the grocery shopping, couponing and meal planning process.  Iris shared her organized system, and of course, I am totally digging that she incorporates oodles of color!

{via}

It isn't always easy to eat healthy when pressed for time.  Angie set up her fridge to ensure that she can eat fresh food fast!

{via}

And how does one effectively organize a freezer?  I think Jo-Anna can help you answer that!

{via}

Are your counters covered in cord chaos?  iPad, iPhone, iClutter... tackle it all with this absolutely jaw dropping charging station DIY'd by the marvelous Missy.

{via}

Casey is not only a creative contributor here at IHeart, she is also a smarty pants organizer who lives in a smaller home that functions big.  She is always looking for ways to maximize space, and within her kitchen cabinets is no exception!

{via}

Ensuring that you have a way to handle everything that comes through the doors of your home, can sometimes be a challenge.  Whether it is mail or backpacks, creating a specific solution for each of the common items you carry in with you each day, will prevent those messy monster piles from forming.

Check out the beautiful built-ins that were just installed within the entry of Brit's home, which is in the process of being updated!  You won't believe the transformation!

{via}

Everything Anu touches, turns to gold.  I always fall hard for her projects, and her recent folding chair command center was no exception.  Not only is the chair still functional as a chair, when not in use it also holds keys, sunglasses, cell phones, etc... She can even write out cute little notes and memos!  It sure doesn't get any sweeter than that!

{via}

The cute and charming Katy, uses a file box to organize all of her mail and paper right at the source.  No paper piles or counter clutter for this genius girl!

{via}

I bet every piece of paper has a place at Samantha's desk.  It is an organized dream of a workspace!

{via}

Samantha and I are both on the same page when it comes to getting our paint organized.  Condensing paint into smaller containers saves so much space!

{via}

That is just a small taste of the diverse mix of organizing projects that were completed and shared last month!  Again, and you can get sucked into the hours of awesomeness here.

Recaps like these are what I love most about what I do.  There is no end to your creativity, and I find so many new friends and ideas each month.  So THANK YOU to all that participate in these monthly challenges.  Whether you are organizing a junk drawer or an entire garage, you are making a difference in your lives, and ours.

  1. I love Angie's fridge set up! Since I'm hungry most of the time, it would be nice to have healthier food readily available at the fridge instead of grabbing a bag of chips. :) I'll definitely do that soon, if not today!

  8. I LOVED Amy's gold spraypainted closet system! Gorgeous! And when I noticed the hanging tablecloths in Megan's linen closet, it inspired me to jump right up (mid-post-read) grab an over-the-door hanger and a 5-rod hanger I had, and clear out 1 china cabinet drawer by hanging up my tablecloths on the back of my linen closet door! SO excited about that! Thx a million for sharing so much inspiration all of you!!!

  19. These are such amazing projects. Thank you for sharing them, Jen! :)

    I like the idea of Anna's Cloth Dividers. Also, love the pattern on the cards :D

    I like how Erin has separated Stickers from Craft Supplies, i usually put them together.

    My next project is probably going to a craft cart like Rachel's. Absolutely adore the idea!

    Just checked out the steps for Ursula's Pinboard for her daughter, seems really easy :D

    Lastly, Anu's folding chair idea took the gold! At first, I didn't even realise it's a folding chair until I read the description.

    Readers Spaces is an amazing initiative! :)
