3 An Address Book, made Real Simple

This is more of an item IHeart, than it is a tip and trick.

This is the Real Simple Address/Date Book.

Why I Heart it?  Not only does it offer enough room for each letter in the alphabet, but it also contains a section for "Dates to Remember" by month.  And on top of that, which is my favorite part, it has "Change of Address" stickers in the back, to make updating current addresses a neat and organized breeze!  Just update the sticker label, and place it over the existing address that is being updated.  That way, no need to scribble and cross out old info to rewrite in a new location!

Fabulous thinking Real Simple!  I have had this book for a year now, and use it often, and I couldn't be happier about it!

  3. Sure, they like to see financial statements on your company to understand your
business cycle, and the operations of your business, but
they are largely concerned with the quality of your accounts
receivable. Lastly, reputable invoice factoring companies, such as those affiliated with Factors Against Fraud and the International Factoring
Association, will provide online account access and 24-hour
client support either online or by phone. The primary difference between recourse factoring and non-recourse factoring is the party who is at risk if your customer does
    not pay the invoice.
